HEART & STROKE ‘HEART MONTH’ Campaign

The Heart & Stroke Foundation is preparing for their
annual ‘Door to Door’ campaign next February. They have created specific routes
exclusive to Midland Park in recognition of the MPCA activities.
There
are 32 routes in total, each route requiring only 20 –30 visits. We have 5
volunteers now but need an additional 25 to cover our community.
If
you can spare an hour or two in February to canvass for this worthy cause,
please contact Bill Leigh, our local H & S Captain at (416) 755-7549 and
he’ll be pleased to give you more details and allow you to choose your route
(on a first come first served basis). We are trying to have volunteers
identified by the end of November.
